The Tsunami Memorial, commissioned by the Natural History Museum of London, and designed by Carmody Groarke, was unveiled in 2012.
Over the course of a year I followed the story of the memorial, from its beginnings at a quarry in central France, to its permanent home in the grounds of the NHM in South Kensington.
The project was featured in Dezeen and the BBC
The memorial was the joint winner of the 2012 Marsh Award for Excellence in Public Sculpture
